Send an email to dongseok3512@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my KoreaChecker account", sent from the email address you used to sign up (or state that address in the message).
We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
Records of completed paid transactions may be retained for up to 5 years where required by commercial and tax law, and are deleted after that period. No other data is kept after account deletion.
You may also request deletion of specific data (for example, a chat photo or a past order) without deleting your whole account — use the same email address above.
